Internal Family Systems helps you understand the different parts of you—the ones that protect, the ones that push, the ones that hold pain. Brainspotting works with your body and nervous system to process what words can’t reach. TRTP clears trauma patterns quickly and gently. Metabolic approaches recognise that your brain and body are connected—sleep, nutrition, and nervous system regulation all matter. I weave these together based on what you bring to each session.

Sessions are 90 minutes, online, and focused on you.

We’ll talk, but we’ll also work with what your body is telling you, what’s happening in the moment, and what patterns are showing up in your life right now.

This isn’t about reliving trauma or sitting in pain—it’s about building new capacity, understanding yourself differently, and developing tools that last.

Most clients start with weekly or fortnightly sessions, and we adjust based on what you need.
