Our sessions are collaborative and responsive. I bring structure when you need it, and flexibility when you don’t. Together, we listen closely to what’s happening beneath the surface so meaningful change can unfold safely and at your pace. Especially helpful for women who feel capable on the outside but privately overwhelmed, stuck, or exhausted.

I don’t follow a single method or rigid structure.

Instead, I draw from Internal Family Systems, Brainspotting, TRTP, and metabolic perspectives—blending what’s most useful for you, in the moment you need it.

This work is collaborative and adaptive. You’re not fitting into a program; the approach fits you. For you, this means we spend less time analysing and more time creating real shifts that hold.

What this looks like in practice

Internal Family Systems helps you understand the different parts of you – the ones that protect, the ones that push, the ones that hold pain. Brainspotting works with your body and nervous system to process what words can’t reach. Metabolic approaches recognise that your brain and body are connected – sleep, nutrition, and nervous system regulation all matter. I weave these together based on what you bring to each session.

What to expect in sessions

Sessions are 90 minutes, online, and focused on you.

We’ll talk, but we’ll also work with what your body is telling you, what’s happening in the moment, and what patterns are showing up in your life right now. This isn’t about reliving trauma or sitting in pain—it’s about building new capacity, understanding yourself differently, and developing tools that last.

Most clients start with weekly or fortnightly sessions, and we adjust based on what you need.
