SUPPORT | INSIGHT | GROWTH
Let’s Reach Your Goals Together
As therapists, we hold space for others every day.
Supervision is where we get to be held, challenged, and supported in return.
I offer individual supervision for counsellors and psychotherapists who want more than a professional requirement.
This is a space to reflect, grow, and strengthen your clinical practice—ethically, skilfully, and with confidence.
RISEUP | REFLECTIVE| INTEGRATED

My Supervision Credentials
I’ve been a counsellor and psychotherapist for over a decade, working in community mental health, NGOs, and private practice. I established my own practice in rural Queensland in 2018 and built it from the ground up – I know what it’s like to navigate the challenges of private practice, especially in regional areas.
I’m trained in advanced modalities (IFS Level 3, Brainspotting, Metabolic Psychiatry), but more importantly, I’m committed to ongoing learning and ethical practice. I consistently exceed my professional development and supervision requirements – not because I have to, but because this work matters.
I supervise because I believe therapists deserve support that’s warm, collaborative, and grounded in real clinical experience – not just theory.
