A gentle, body-based therapy for emotional clarity and deep healing

Brainspotting

What is brainspotting?

Brainspotting is a powerful therapy that helps access unprocessed trauma stored in the body and nervous system.

It works by using your gaze to find a “brainspot”—a point in your visual field linked to deep emotional or physical responses.

When we stay focused on that point, the brain can begin to process what’s been stuck—without needing you to talk through every detail.

Brainspotting is especially helpful if you:

  • Struggle with anxiety that doesn’t make sense
  • Feel hijacked by reactions you don’t understand
  • Want change, but nothing has worked long-term

Why it works

  • Uses your body’s natural ability to heal
  • Bypasses overthinking and goes to the source
  • Respects your pace—no need to relive trauma
  • Helps you feel calm, clear, and more in control

What a session looks like

  • We begin with a check-in and intention
  • I guide you to locate a brainspot using a pointer or natural gaze
  • You’ll observe your thoughts, sensations, and emotions—without needing to “perform”
  • You remain in control the whole time
  • We allow your system to release what it’s ready to
  • Sessions are grounded, supportive, and can be deeply transformative.

Who it's for

  • Brainspotting can be especially helpful for:
  • High-performing women who feel blocked or overwhelmed
  • People with anxiety, burnout, or complex trauma
  • Those who’ve tried talk therapy and want something deeper
  • Anyone who wants to work gently, without over-explaining or rehashing

Brainspotting taps into the deep brain and the body through its direct access to the autonomic and limbic systems. It is a remarkable tool for enabling trauma processing.
