About Sallyanne Keevers
Real change begins here
I’ve worked hard to get here.
Not just professionally, but personally.
Like many of the women I work with, I’ve had to untangle myself from beliefs I didn’t choose—about who I was, what I was allowed to want, and how much space I could take up in the world.
I’ve achieved a lot.
I’ve made mistakes.
And I’ve found a place of peace with who I am, where I’ve come from, and where I’m still going.
I’ve spent years doing my own work—personally and professionally.
Through that process, I’ve developed a strong foundation for how real change happens.
What I bring isn’t just knowledge—it’s the integration of that knowledge into lived experience.
That’s what allows me to support others with presence, care, and depth.
It’s what allows me to meet you in the depths of your own journey.
My Philosophy
Therapy with me is a conversation
Sometimes it’s challenging.
Sometimes it’s light.
There’s space for celebration and space for grief.
There’s structure when you need it, and flexibility when you don’t.
Clients often tell me they feel truly seen and heard.
They describe me as warm, thoughtful, and deeply present.
I bring compassion, care, and attention to detail.
And I bring depth—
Years of experience and specialised training in therapies that support real, lasting change.
I’m a certified practitioner of Brainspotting.
Level 1 and 2 trained in Internal Family Systems (IFS).
Certified in The Richards Trauma Process (TRTP).
Trained in metabolic therapies for mental health and well-being.
I’m committed to being the best therapist I can be—for you.
That means ongoing professional development, regular clinical supervision, and a lifelong dedication to learning and growth.
This work matters to me.
You matter to me.
And if we work together, I’ll bring everything I’ve got to support your healing.

MY APPROACH IS INTEGRATIVE & TRAUMA INFORMED
Go deeper
This isn’t surface-level work.
It’s not about fixing habits or chasing outcomes.
It’s about understanding the deeper patterns shaping how you feel, relate, and live.
And supporting your system to shift—safely, gently, and at a pace that respects your readiness.
You don’t have to hold it all together here.
You don’t have to perform.
This is a space where you get to explore who you really are—maybe for the first time.
WHO I WORK BEST WITH
I WORK WITH WOMEN WHO ARE THOUGHTFUL, CAPABLE, AND READY FOR REAL CHANGE
You’ve done a lot on your own.
You’ve achieved.
You’ve carried more than most people realise.
Doing this work takes courage.
Courage to show up for yourself, even when it feels unfamiliar.
Courage to step into change, even when it means stepping into the unknown.
That’s why having a therapist beside you matters.
Someone who can hold the process with care, who understands how hard it can be—and how freeing it is when you begin to feel more like yourself.
You don’t have to do it alone.
If that sounds like you—
You’re in the right place.

Credentials & Therapeutic Expertise
This work has grown with me—through years of formal study, specialist training, and the many women I’ve walked alongside. I work with those who are smart, capable, and high-functioning on the outside, but feel stuck, anxious, or exhausted underneath. My approach is respectful, practical, and tailored to what you actually need.
